Well-being at Pitt-Bradford

Well-being refers to a holistic state of being that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional health, as well as a sense of fulfillment and balance in various aspects of life. It involves actively cultivating positive experiences and maintaining a state of overall wellness. The eight pillars of well-being serve as a framework to understand and enhance different dimensions of human flourishing. Each pillar connects to many different aspects of student life at Pitt-Bradford. The resources listed below can be used by students to address each of these pillars.  We encourage individuals to strive for a more comprehensive and balanced state of well-being in their lives.
